St. Stephens & St. Agnes School (SSSAS) upper field

The family picnic & annual meeting is held annually every September. The picnic starts at 4:00pm, with the annual meeting following at 5:30pm. The event includes:

• Plenty of food and drinks from Old Blue BBQ Company

• A moon bounce and games for children

• An ice cream truck for dessert!

Please RSVP via the Evite (send to all email addresses) and complete the Annual Picnic Food Form by September 18, so that we can order an appropriate amount of food. If you’d like to help at the event, please see our volunteer sign up.

In the event of inclement weather, the picnic and annual meeting will be held in the SSSAS Dining Hall and Commons.

Proxy Form - If you are unable to attend the Annual Meeting or would like to authorize your proxy to be executed/voted by someone else, please complete and email this proxy form to news4srca@gmail.com or print and return by mail or in-person to the Seminary Ridge Civic Association, c/o Janet Merrifield, SRCA Secretary, 3808 Griffith Place, Alexandria, VA 22304.

Anyone photographed may withdraw consent for a photograph in which they appear. The process for this is to email us specifying the photo in question. With that request, we will remove the photo wherever it appears.
